Draw With Us.

A hotel is drawn, approved, costed and then built, and here you follow it the whole way. Concept and detailing sit in the same studio as the structure, the services and the interiors, so the drawing you make is coordinated by people sitting near you rather than posted out and argued back. You will see what you drew get built, and you will find out where you were wrong, which is the part that teaches.

Ten disciplines sit under one roof, so you are in the room where architecture, structure, MEP, fire and interiors are argued into one BIM model — and you stay with the project after the drawing leaves the studio. You will walk sites in the monsoon and hear a general manager explain why your corridor is too narrow for a housekeeping trolley. It is a slower education than a production studio offers, and it is why our architects can carry a hotel end to end by their fourth year.

  • Sr. ArchitectFull-time · NagpurYou will carry hotel and resort projects from design development through execution — leading a small team, resolving detail with the other disciplines, and holding the drawing together on site.

  • 3D Visual DesignersFull-time · NagpurYou will build the images that sell a project: photoreal interiors and exteriors, walkthroughs and stills.

    Strong Photoshop, plus 3ds Max, Lumion, Twinmotion or Blender. We care more about light and material than polygon count.

  • Jr. ArchitectFull-time · 0–4 years · NagpurZero to four years.
    The full role

    You will draw, detail and coordinate alongside senior architects on live hotel and resort projects, and you will be on site early. A good hand and a habit of asking why are worth more than a list of software.

    You will draw, model, sit in reviews and walk sites. Open to students in their fourth or fifth year and to recent graduates.

  • 01Send one emailTo admin@nashinearchitects.com, with the role name in the subject line. One email is enough — we read all of them.
  • 02Attach a CV and a portfolioOne PDF each, or a single PDF holding both. Under 15 MB, or a link to a folder that does not need a login. Name the files with your own name.
  • 03Show fewer projects, in more depthFour projects drawn properly beats twelve rendered. Include plans, a section, and one detail you are proud of. Tell us which parts were yours.
  • 04Say when you can startNotice period, and whether you are already in Nagpur or would be relocating. It saves a round of email.

We reply to everyone we can place, usually within two weeks. If the timing is wrong we keep the portfolio on file and come back to it.
