Raipur has been good to us. Hotels here since 1999, and nearly every one commissioned by someone who had already built with us and came back for the next. After our own city, it is the one we have worked in most.
The work here began in 1999 with Hotel Greenpark for Babylon Hospitality, and Babylon has returned four times since — Babylon International in 2000, Babylon Inn in 2007, Babylon Capital in 2018, and an expansion of Babylon International drawn for 2027. Twenty-eight years with one client is the plainest thing that can be said about a practice.
Grand Group and Venkatesh Prime have built here too. Every one has been taken on full scope, which for a hotel in another state is the arrangement that matters most.

Do you have a Raipur office?
No. The studio is in Nagpur, five hours away, and has been throughout the work here. Everything is drawn in one place — architecture, structure, services, fire fighting, interiors and landscape — so a question from site reaches one team rather than four consultants who have to agree first.

Can you handle Chhattisgarh approvals?
We prepare the submission drawings and follow them through. The state regulations, and Raipur Municipal Corporation's own rules on top of them, are familiar ground rather than something learned at your expense. Statutory liaisoning itself is not in scope.
