Every discipline a hotel or resort project needs, held in-house under one roof — architecture, interiors, master planning, 3D visualisation, structure, MEP and fire, landscape, acoustics, F&B guidance and project delivery.
Ten Disciplines,
One Studio.
Every project is engaged on a full architecture, structure, MEP, fire-fighting, interior design and landscape scope unless otherwise noted. Statutory liaisoning and government approvals coordination is not in scope.
Interiors run to twenty space typologies across a hospitality asset — standard, twin and deluxe rooms, bridal and presidential suites, restaurant, bar, gym, spa and sauna, small and large banquet halls, conference rooms and party halls, kids’ and adult play areas, GM cabin, front office and reception, accounts and sales offices, staff cafeteria and lockers — all drawn in-house with FF&E specified by our own team.

One Model,
Complete Solution.
Architecture, structure and services are not three drawings that have to be reconciled later — they are one 100% BIM model, drawn by one studio. Turn the building below and read it three ways. A clash resolved on this model is a clash that never reaches the site.

FF&E is specified by the same team that drew the room. Pieces are designed in-house and made to the drawing where a room needs something that does not exist off the shelf, and sourced where it does — a guest room, a suite, a restaurant or a lobby handed over complete.

The named record is hospitality — business hotels and five-star properties, wildlife and jungle resorts in and around Tadoba, Pench and Kanha, hill-station and lake resorts, restaurants, bars and speciality F&B, banquet and marriage halls, hotel renovation and refurbishment, and resort masterplanning.
That work sits across four states — Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha — and seventeen cities: Nagpur, Raipur, Amravati, Raigarh, Pench, Tadoba, Kanha, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Chandrapur, Chikhaldara, Chhindwara, Sambalpur, Puri, Aurangabad, Bor Tiger Reserve and Sillari.
The studio itself is a full-service practice. Hospitals, clinics, schools and colleges sit outside the hospitality record but not outside its experience — our lead architect was one of the architects on two Kaiser Permanente medical centres and a Los Angeles high school at CO Architects.
