Amravati celebrates properly, and its hotels are built for it — banquet estates as much as bedrooms. We have been working here since 2011, much of it for one group who kept coming back.
Mehfil Hospitality has been the constant: Hotel Grand Mehfil in 2011, Hotel Mehfil Inn in 2014, and an expansion of Grand Mehfil in 2024. The same group took the practice up to Chikhaldara for Resort Mehfil Meadows.
Sayaji Hotels opened an Enrise here in 2021, Hotel Aurtus opened in 2026, and Raj Hospitality's Raj Mahal Palace followed.

Two and a half hours from the studio, Amravati is close enough for the same team to reach site and be back the same day — which is how three buildings for one group across thirteen years actually happens. Nothing is subcontracted: architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, fire fighting and landscape all sit in the same office.

How far is your studio from Amravati?
About two and a half hours by road from Nagpur. Close enough for a site visit and a return the same day, which is what makes close supervision practical rather than theoretical.
Which projects have you done in Amravati?

Do you design banquet halls as well as hotels?
Yes, and in this district it is often the more important half of the brief. Function space earns differently from rooms, and a plan that treats the banquet hall as an afterthought gets the economics of the building wrong.
Can you expand a hotel you designed years ago?
It is some of the most straightforward work there is, because the original drawings are ours. Hotel Grand Mehfil was completed in 2011 and expanded in 2024 that way.
