Hotel Ans International opened in 2004, and its expansion was drawn for 2028 — the same building, the same client, the same office holding the original drawings. Hotel Trinity Grand followed for Arundwati Hotels in 2017. Accord Hospitality & Services commissioned Hotel Accord Premier in 2019 and Hotel Accord Prime, drawn for 2027.
Raigarh is a working city. It earns from steel and power, and its hotels are filled by people who came for a plant visit, a tender or a wedding, often in the same week. Plans here carry more banquet and conference area per room than a leisure town would ask for, because that is where the building actually earns.

Raigarh sits at the eastern edge of the Chhattisgarh work. Raipur is three hours west and carries the deepest record in the state; Bilaspur and Rajnandgaon lie between them, and both have named hotels of ours.
