A cream classical front on a tight Raigarh plot, lit from its base and set back behind a paved forecourt.
There are neighbours hard against both boundaries, so the building takes its whole effect from the front. Pilasters run between banded cornices and the uplighting sits at their feet, which is what holds the elevation together once the light goes.
The ground floor is glazed and set back under the upper mass, with light steel canopies reaching out on either side of the entrance. On a plot this size a masonry porte-cochère would have taken the forecourt; the canopies keep arrivals covered and leave the court open.
