The building is anchored by a grand glass arrival canopy.

Inside, sophisticated elegance meets bold materiality — from the Momentt Restaurant’s oversized leaf-motif wall panels to the Solitaire Banquet Hall with mirrored columns and a custom chandelier, culminating in the rooftop Horizon Lounge and its frameless-glass pool over the city skyline.

Sayaji Hotels had already built with us once, at Amravati in 2021, before commissioning the Nagpur Enrise in 2024. A returning operator is a particular kind of brief: the brand standards are known quantities by the second building, and the argument moves from what the operator requires to what this site will allow.

Working to an operator's standards is a constraint like any other. Room dimensions, corridor widths, back-of-house adjacencies and the finishes schedule arrive fixed, and the design problem becomes reconciling them with the local development control rules and the shape of the plot — two sets of requirements that were written without reference to each other.

A glass arrival canopy is doing more work than it appears to. On a hospitality plot the arrival sequence has to separate guests from banquet traffic and both from service, and the canopy is where that separation is either resolved or permanently compromised.
